Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Standard shipping times vary based on location:
- U.S. orders: 5-10 business days
- International orders: 10-21 business days
- Some artwork, especially limited editions or custom pieces, may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or supply chain issues may cause delays. Blck Prism Print Shop is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend checking with the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of art prints and original artwork, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
